AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Head Operators for Food Production

We are looking for permanent employees to join our factory in Kasnäs.

As a Head Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the filleting line to ensure efficient production. Your duties include adjusting machine settings, resolving minor operational issues, and reporting on production performance and any deviations. The role also includes other tasks related to food production.

The work is carried out in a two-shift system. Salary is paid in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • can communicate effectively in Swedish, Finnish, or English
  • have a valid hygiene passport (hygiene training can be arranged by the employer if required)
